I like the "meh, no reason" option because sometimes I just don't feel like looking at a thread. Sometimes I even want to hide something because it's just stupid, but some of the options don't really cover that.
Alternatively, just remove that one and put in an "Other" option.

It's just pointless to have it under "report" when if you select that, it doesn't send the report. Counter-intuitive?
