Hmmm...
But piracy is still a multi million dollar problem. Dev's can track the number of pirated games out there. How do they measure missed sales?

I've seen the argument of "piracy isn't lost sales" many times, and I'm not sure of its validity. Most pirates have no intention of every purchasing the game/movie/software/etc, so even if it was available to them easily, they wouldn't buy it. Thus, not a lost sale. *shrug*
