Your enthusiasm to work here does you credit, sir. The Breaking In interviews feature a number of testers from various disciplines. They are your best source of wisdom. The dominant theme in all of my conversations with people who have joined our team is that their experience gained in side projects was the most valuable element of their skillset. If you want to make games, don't wait for someone to hire you to start doing it.

Edited by Glitch100: 3/16/2013 12:14:15 AMGreatly appreciate you replying to the thread Deej, so thanks a bunch. Yea I imagined that was the case, and that means the plan will continue as expected. A busy year a head I am sure. Would you be able to answer the last question about applying from a location outside the USA? Have you ever hired from outside the US and they have relocated? It speaks wonders that as a Studio you aren't 'denying entrance' to people from all skill levels, (unless the role requires it of course). You shine as a studio as you always have done, so thank you again, on behalf of myself, and others like me who read this thread. <3 Bungie.
