I found a source that says, "The OKW (Wermacht) was indicted but acquitted of charges during the Nuremberg trials of being a criminal organization. Keitel and Jodl however were convicted and sentenced to death by hanging."
So am I right?

Well the question wasn't about the leaders rather the organization as a whole, there were never any war crimes committed by its soldiers. Which is not the case for the Wehrmacht.
