During the Clone Wars, I'd say Anakin, Windu, Yoda, and Sidious were among the strongest duelists. I'd put Obi-Wan up there too but he has a knack for getting knocked out during a fight. Still, his calmer composure allowed him to defeat Anakin.
I'm a huge fan of Ahsoka's fighting style though.

My serious answer would have to be Obi-Wan. Just looking at his track record you can tell the man has some serious skills. - Defeated Darth Maul when he was a padawan. - Took on Darth Maul and Savage Opress at the same time (was able to wound Savage) - Killed General Grievous (Grievous was able to kill numerous jedi) - And of course let's not forget that Obi-wan was able to defeat Darth Vader in his prime. If there was one person who could best Kenobi, it would probably be Sidious.

When you put it that way, I'm inclined to agree. But tbh a lot of those fights were that way because he was written to die in Episode VI. I have no doubt he could have killed Grievous, but not in such an easy way. He shouldn't even have been able to move with the way Grievous slapped him around. No broken ribs or anything? Come on.
