better question...how did he have a son?
the super money shot would likely hit Lois Lane with the force of a gunshot, killing her instantly, if not requiring immediate hospitalization. the average human male is around 20-25MPH in "money" speed.
now multiply that times super man who can go on a transglobal run in seconds and you have huge velocities.
if he's the strongest thing in the DC version of this solar system, it would be like he was internally stabbing her with a razor sharp knife-boner over and over again since he would literally be "harder than diamonds".
