Or he's by a red dwarf, or hasn't been in contact with the sun in a while.

Last I checked he still has his powers while by a red sun, he just can't absorb the energy from it and thus begins to weaken. Not sure if that's still canon seeing as how he bench-pressed the Earth for five days straight without any yellow solar radiation, though.

Garth Ennis Punisher>all others. the man took on [spoiler]2 entire armored NVA battalions and he won[/spoiler] before passing out. regular punisher is a panzy. max is a whole different animal.
