I'm pretty sure that can easily script it so that if it's a public topic in a group you're not apart of, it'll just show your normal title
So having someone titled "Fluffy Kitten" or "Bubble Butt" in a group wouldn't be a problem

It's not about having the title as much as it's about attaining certain privileges in the group. Banning, editing, approving members, posting news etc.
