You forgot the number of followers. You and Harlow both have pretty high follower counts, so an account with few to no followers is an alt troll.

You made me curious about follower counts just now. I turned off those notifications a while ago. I just checked and I don't see anybody with more than I. I am flattered people find me interesting. Or sexy. But probably both.

Oh yeah, good point! I don't actually know my or Harlow's follower counts (I think I had like 50 last time I checked?), but yeah, troll accounts do tend to have none.
