DC Universe VS Warhammer Universe
Me and a few friends have been having this small argument for a few days, so I propose this question to you.
The entirety of the DC Universe vs the entirety of the Warhammer universe.

Warhammer 40k had quite a few omnipotents in the form of the C'tan, now there's only four confirmed to be still alive.

DC would win, because they have more omnipotents, nigh-omnipotents, and similar characters. I would consider them one if the highest tier universes ever. The Warp is the wild card here, because the Lantern corps are a giant target for any Chaos god and they generally screw around with reality. However, unless you are Chaos, you are doomed completely.

DC probably takes 40k, but since you only said Warhammer I can also safely say DC would murder Warhammer Fantasy as well.

DC wins. Hell, Superman Prime (aka God) could erase WH40K with a passing thought. Really only Chaos and the Emperor has any hope. And neither of them are omnipotent; chaos is too single minded, and Emps could hurt Supes, but he'd be dead in seconds.
