Just saber rattling. Any nuclear attack would result in North Korea being wiped off of the map.

But they might do it. Their country is just getting worse and worse, eventually they'll just say -blam!- it and fire all missiles they have. Eventually they won't care for the fact that they'll be wiped of the map.

Yeah, but their military is pretty terrible. Their ICBM technology is Cold War era and their test fires always fail and explode into the ocean before they reach their goal
