I felt bad for every squaddie who was with Shepard. Especially the LI if you got the extended ending installed.

(ME3 spoilers) For me, any love interest's (That's what LI stands for, right?) mourning was completely disrupted by the fact that Sherpard's death was awkward, out of place and completely lacking in drama. It was cheap storytelling, and it bugged the hell out of me.
