Prove he was a terrorist, and then explain to me if the son and son's best friend both 16 year olds in that car and from America were also both terrorists. Both of those would be murders if neither were terrorists. Also, this was done on Obama's executive order, either the Constitution means what it says or it doesn't.

Except it was never proven, and if they can do it just because it's popular, it can happen to you. The Constitution is meant to restrict government. Ever heard of the civil war? There are also many other examples. Then why are they stockpiling ammunition and ordering 2,700 armored vehicles? Why are they giving police targets that look like normal citizens? They have elderly, children and pregnant women now. Russia is preparing to label the Obama Administration a criminal regime and Barack has stated he doesn't care if World war III happens and maybe should! It's common sense they are preparing for martial law, which is why he brought back the assault rifle ban after they know the last one did absolutely nothing good. It's an obvious attempt to hinder our ability to revolt.
