Spiritual what? As for mental never heard of it. Physical is kind of meh.

You've never heard of mental abuse? Seriously? The death of a loved one is not a physical pain, but of a mental one. As for the spiritual, that on only really matters if you're religious.

Please in that case they should have realized everyone has a finite amount of time. Some people have less time others have more hence why you should live every day like it is your last. As for spiritual pain I have never heard of that and saying it regards religion still doesn't help me understand what it is.
