Last time I checked, Jesus never advocated for the people to rise up and overthrow the ruling class in an armed revolution. Because the Romans would have nailed him to those 2x4s a [I]lot[/I] faster if he did.

12 RepliesJesus wasn't an economic symbol. Everything He did was social. He wasn't spreading Communism, He was spreading Responsibility, Integrity, Love, and Choice. Being forced to give money isn't exactly an act of love, but having the heart to give freely, that is what Jesus taught.

There are tonnes of ways to help people. Which I wouldn't consider Communism. I help others and vice versa, I never consider it communism.

Like I said earlier, the Flood isn't primarily Christian/conservative. In fact, it's pretty much the opposite. Secondly, I don't think that conservatives are against helping the genuinely poor. I mean, I'm pretty damn conservative and I believe in a strong welfare system that helps those who have been dealt a shitty hand. But, like anything, government systems have to be regulated. They have to be regulated to make sure that: a) corruption doesn't ensue; b) the system remains fluid and intact.

Capitalism is just as bad as communism. And the fake democracy that you believe to be true is so transparent, it is no democracy at all. The closest example of a true democracy is in Switzerland.
