Far as I know, any place online will charge you for state taxes. I usually just stick to HRBlock online to do my taxes. But you'll need to pay the $30 fee for state. Federal is usually free. Why did you do Fed and State together?

If you meant why DIDNT i do them together... i have no goddamned idea... my dad was helping me and we went to this place that did federal for free but wouldn't do oklahoma state taxes at all.... so now i don't know what to do because most places are trying to make me do both... but i already sent my federal in so i don't want to do that twice because.. im sure there would be a downside. Any further advice?

Depends. Do you NEED to file state? There's usually a threshold to how much income you can earn and still not be required to file state. What state do you live in?

Oklahoma
