Another one...already? The past 3 ACs have sucked. This better change that. Oh, and I still want a Russian assassin over this.

They have multiple teams to allow for yearly releases. AC3 had three years of work put into it, for example. And the people hoping for an AC 2.4 (i.e., a reskinned version of Ezio's gameplay), give up hope now. I really enjoyed AC3 and thought the new approach to traveling through an environment was fantastic and that the new wilderness areas were incredibly addicting.
