It's been confirmed that it's coming out at the same time on PS3 and PS4 - so the very earliest it could come out is "holiday, 2013" which isn't until novermber/december.

I thought activision announced it wasn't going to be out in 2013 did they announce differently since?

Well, for one, I said "earliest." But no, they never officially said "I's not coming out in 2013." They said "It's not in our financial forecast for 2013" and "do not speculate on what that means" (which of course, is exactly what everyone is doing). But, since they have no idea how it'll sell - they can't really put a number on it anyway. So that isn't a not 2013.

Also what most companies do is reveal there game at the beginning of the year and slowly release info over the coming months, then they release their game in November/December time.
