I agree on everything you said. I would love an Eve Online sized universe. The entire game running in one world. Customization, massive group benefits, the ability to build or destroy structures. It would be epic to say the least. Cross platform would be sweet! At least within the brands. Because the next gen systems would lack population at first.

[quote] I would love an Eve Online sized universe[/quote]As would I, but as some have noted, console games are obviously limited by the extent of the memory one disc has unless we're required to install more than one disc on our hard drives, which would alienate and abandon people running arcade rigs (which I did for a long time when I first had an Xbox, I know what it's like).

True, but for the next generation rigs, this wouldn't be an issue

True, but the 360 will still be a larger market than the 720, no matter what time next year Destiny releases. Same with the PS3 v.s. the PS4. All I'm saying is it'd be pretty heartless to abandon Arcade Xbox users. At the very least, make installing anything past disc 1 an option.
