From what I see, it's basically a cigarette without the actual flame and smoke and tar, etc. However, there's not much else I know, just saying.

That wiki had a lot of relevant and interesting information. Odd, since it doesn't involve the burning of anything and that state just legalized.... oh, wait, I said that I wouldn't discuss that subject, and I won't. I would be curious if any of my Seattle-based friends are aware of the details of this ban.
