The last one I bought was MW 2, but i've played the multiplayer on all of them.
Favorite was World at War. Game doesn't get enough love.

Yeah, single player and zombies were great, but I liked multiplayer the best. Having automatic subs, single shot assault rifles, and bolt-action snipers created a greatly balanced multiplayer, in my mind at least. It had some of my favorite COD maps, too. Castle and Dome were fantastic.
