To see your PSN friends you need to log into bungie.net with your PSN account.

i logon with both. on the xbl one i see my XBL list and no one on PSN and when i logon with the PSN i see my XBL list and still no PSN list.

Ahh, upon further research, I see that there is a bug in the system. I'd expect this to be fixed with the next interation of bungie.net
