The type of "Bounty" system has not been fully announced. So anything stated should be taken with a huge grain of salt. According to the one shot of it in the ViDoc, I think the "Bounty" system is more single players or co-op versus the game AI and not against other players as most people would assume. As I said though, these are my own suspicions.

If there's pvp between players then I could easily see a black market of weapons, armors, "hired" players, and other things...as long as there is a trading system.

Yeah I agree. I am just trying to temper my "Hype Level" with only what is confrimed so I do not get OVER hyped. lol

By black market, I mean through xbox/PS3 messages. Not a literal in game thing. A trading system of some kind is required though. Even dropping and picking up items would work perfectly.

I really do hope bounty will be available on other players. I'd love to see people come after me.

In Dark Galaxy, you can post bounties on other people's heads, then you pay whomever kills the bounty. Or, you have to defend yourself from bounty hunters who are coming after the price put on you by someone else. Or, you can hunt down other people and receive payment for killing them. This basis would be a nice addition to the game.

Yeah, that would definitely be cool. The problem seems to be on the development side. I still have yet personally to see a company make a Bounty system that was fun and not used as an exploit. Please bear in mind this is from my own limited experience. If anyone has seen any good ideas on this front please let me know because I would like to research it.

I personally believe the name is a little misleading and do not believe this to be a "true" Bounty experience beyond they game presenting you with a timed mission of any type the developers choose. My hope is that they are extremely varied as to not get repetitive quickly.

Problem is, that "Bounty" option in the picture is for an income or something. Read the below caption to the "Bounty" title.
