I need some background to properly advise you.
Wominzz are a tricky bunch. If what I suspect is the case, she is trying to get a rise out of you, and get more attention. It may even mean she's romantically interested. Then again, you could have been bugging her this whole time and she wants you to kick rocks...
So I need details.

She is my friends girlfriend and I've become friends with her We used to be really close, then we fell out but made up again, ever since we've been distancing more and more (because of her trying to distance from me) and now, I suspect, is the final stage in her plan to get me to -blam!- off. Not that I blame her.
-
OK, you were close, and then she started dating your friend? Then she tried to get closer, but has since stopped and is growing more distant? I just want to make sure I have this correct. Were you two romantic? Almost romantic? Also, age level. I don't need you r exact age, just a roundabouts. Also, are you still friends with her boyfriend?
-
Well actually I only met her after my friend started dating her. I actually started getting closer, now she is the one wanting to get distant. Also we are teenagers

Stop caring. Hang out with your bro on your terms. Don't bother writing anything to her. Just move along. High school girls are as stable as a bag of cats, and just as temperamental (with an emphasis on the MENTAL.) Though, I have to ask, why are you so depressed?
-
Umm, well it all started when I realised why I only had 2 friends left, because all I ever did was bully and alienate people. So then I decided to change but became a creep with social anxiety. Then a load of shit happened in my family, then I started failing at things in school, then I started feeling left out socially, then I looked in the mirror and realised how ugly I am, then I fell in love with my friends GF and now I'm a loner.

Just relax about things. Don't try to be one way or the other. Just be you and let people sort themselves out.
-
I'd talk to your friend first then.

I have, he said he'd talk to her, but I don't think he got round to it yet
