That's just dumb. People shouldn't be getting a powerful weapon just because they ordered the game at a different location. Cosmetics is one thing, but a something that actually effects the gameplay in a MP game like a weapon. Hell no. By having a weapon that only a small group of people will have is even worse. Why? Because they have a more powerful weapon nobody else has access to. That's not balanced at all.
