If Destiny comes out for ps4 only i will most likely get that system, i do not have any thing against the psn after all we are all gamers and we should not have any feuds.

2 RepliesThey said it was being released on PS4 and PS3. They didn't say JUST PS3 and PS4. It's simply a marketing technique not only to give buyers reason to buy the PlayStation 4 but it's giving reason to show they will have new technology that hasn't been introduced to the Xbox 360 yet. If Microsoft decided to release some sort of "Xbox 720". I'm sure that they would have a special release for it too. But since Microsoft HASN'T, they have no reason to promote with them. The game I'm sure will be on Xbox and PS so you all just need to calm down and wait it out. There's no sense in crying. BTW I'm an Xbox 360 owner. So all you people just need to keep an open mind about the PS Community.

3 RepliesWhat really should do is to bring back the Halo 2-servers. I'd happy buy a new xbox to play the legendary Halo 2 like I did back in the days. Hopefully Destiny will become a great game that takes skill and have that nice "halo-feeling". Not the feeling like Reach but like Halo 2 and 3

It is announced that Destiny is being released for Playstation 4 to show that it is not just an exclusive for Xbox players, and also that it is going to be released for the next gen console. Although Microsoft might have a new console, therefore Bungie would put a new announcement showing that it would be available for both next gen consoles. "Earlier this week, Bungie and Activision officially announced that Destiny would be shipping on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360." They are making Destiny for PS4 and PS3 because they do not want to exclude the people who cannot afford the PS4.

1 ReplyA game being made by a Bungie being available on a playstation platform was a rumor that existed a year back on a leaked document signed between bungie and activation. It stated that Destiny would be ADDED to later installments of the Playstation, meaning that it'll still be on the xbox. And if Bungie was going to go through the trouble of putting it on the 360, why wouldn't they put it on the next console? just wait til April 26th when the new xbox is supposed to be revealed. And if anything, I hope that perhaps Bungie could do some cross platform multiplayer. Where Bungie is going is something new and different. If the rumors are true about Destiny being the first console MMO, then I think that Bungie is the company to not only do it but to revolutionized it like they did with Halo Combat Evolved and FPS's. I'm so excited for this game, thank you Bungie for creating this new universe I cannot wait to see what you guys roll out.

I really think, no, I KNOW Destiny will be one of the best games I've ever played. You know, something about the good old days of Xbox 360's launch, the old dark grey theme for it's interface and dashboard and stuff, and especially Halo 3, those days were amazing. I'm sure Playstation 4 and Destiny will bring back the feeling of those good old days... but even better.

Bungie WILL not leave xbox gamers out in the dust, Destiny will come out for all platforms, and I am sure they will have exclusive content for Xbox to, so please stop being jealous because PS4 had Destiny announced for thier console first. All us Xbox gamers will get or announcment for Destiny on the next Xbox soon.

6 RepliesHonestly, I don't see why bungie would give up halo, this was their biggest thing, though i am very excited for destiny, I think to the back of my mind, whats going to happen to halo? 343 is not the rightful owner, bungie is, but if they don't want to remember the past, then, well, whats going to happen? Will 343 be bigger than bungie?

The arguments on here are childish. We are gamers. If we like a console then we are loyal to our game companies. I own both Ps3 and Xbox and I think each console has its benefits.

Yes that means you sulking in the corner as well come over here[/b] This game, Destiny will be available to every console owner, It will be released on PS3, PS4, Xbox and the new Xbox (when it's released) so stop your jibber jabbering and just get on for once, Bungie are doing great content not just for a single universe but for 2 huge universes. Now when the game is released I will be buying one for each console =) That way I can experience the game on all 4 different levels and determine the best among them =) So who's up for a scrap then? Come on you keep whinging you won't get to play (even though it is not true) so which one of you is brave enough to take me on come release day? Come on who wants to volunteer?? =)
