Space Battles
Just like Something from the Halo Reach Campaign, I hope we can travel planet to planet on our own spaceships and I hope we can blast our own buddies or enemies.
Wonder if Bungie will let us pilot our own ships? If so, Be on the lookout for me :D

2 RepliesDoes anyone know of a good game that does space combat multiplayer well? I have a rather sour opinion of it, but that might be because of the super boring 1 vs 1 matches me and my siblings would have on Starfox 64 or Rogue Squadron. It inevitably turned into a endless cycle where we wheeled around each other and tried to get each other in sight.

1 ReplyI hope you're right, but I'd like to actually be able to customize it and not just have to choose from like 3 ships. That way, everyone can have their own very unique ship. Lastly, maybe you could find rare parts to add onto your spaceship that a lot of other people don't have.

6 RepliesKnowing that Destiny has been in development since before Reach, it would have been an intelligent idea to try out a basic idea for their upcoming game on one already in development. I believe that Reach was a test run for some of their basic tech. It will be interesting to see what they kept, tossed, added, etc.

2 RepliesAnybody here used to play Star Wars galxies? I would love to fly some sort of "Party barge" around space with all my friends. It could almost be a mobile armory! But if true free flying space combat was implemented I don't think they'd let people walk around on a ship...

4 Repliesthey teased a bit of it in the vidoc. There was a point that looked VERY compare able to Reaches space gameplay. The ship was in 3rd person view EXACTLY like reach, but rocked a bit as if It was starting to enter the atmosphere. I couldnt tell you the time marker for it though

I hope they have some crafts that are odes to other universes, like an X-Wing or a Viper.
