Spec Ops is short but sweet. But ME3 will have a lot more replay value, provided that you don't detest the ending so much that you never play it again.

The ending isn't that bad for anyone who isn't a ME fan that was with the series all along. OP doesn't sound like that kind of person, so he should be fine.

Then you might experience some slight disappointment with the ending, but it isn't that bad. It's still a pretty good game regardless of that.
