Wait a minute...
The age of consent in Texas is 17 yet the courts ruled that a 16 year old could keep her baby. So she's not legally allowed to do the deed yet can keep the baby.
Either way, it's her body so should be her choice.

The age of consent means that you can have sex with someone who is an adult.
