Why are they so fascist? Is there a reason? Help me to understand what is wrong with that moderating team.

You heard wrong. All of the people who got banned were acting like fools and namecalling, flamebaiting, or other things. Yeah, their moderation is a little more strict, but I've yet to see a thread that was locked unjustly and the OP banned unjustly.
