I see you're running on Windows. Is it the latest version of Firefox? Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

  • Its the most up-to-date version of FireFox, and I recently cleared my cookies and cache. It seems to happen randomly and I have no idea how to fix it when it does. When I made this post the blue box appeared. But now the blue box has disappeared and I can see what I'm typing.

  • I added a few tags for you to help get this noticed better. Have you tried using a different browser?

  • The only other browser on this computer is IE and I didn't notice the blue box. However, I rarely use any browser besides FireFox and as I said it seems to happen randomly.

What happens if you change themes? Are other websites text entry boxes backgrounds blue? It's probably just a CSS issue.

Yes the entry box background is blue on other sites (so its obviously a firefox issue opposed to a B.net issue). However, the light grey/white"ish" text here on Bungie.net appears with the Blue Box making it impossible for me to see what I'm typing. If anyone knows how to disable the blue background please let me know.

Is your ISP Comcast? Similar people have had this issue due to Comcast Xfinity Constant Guard. The anti-keylogger makes the window blue. If you disable that it will go away. This isn't specifically a Firefox issue because I just installed v.19.0 and am not experiencing this issue.
