That's just not a smart decision.
1. Windows Eight will never be used by buisnesses (the same fate Windows Vista suffered for different reasons).
2. It's been done before and isn't really identifiable. A green infinity? What?

I'm not sure how much businesses care about the Xbox either, so MS might be okay there. Either way, Win8 is the one OS under which Microsoft is trying to bring all its products together, so while this is probably fake, a reference to Win8 would make sense.
