Anyone else unable to fill in the email address part of the survey?

Try another browser. I had the same problem with chrome, but it worked fine on IE9.

It was glitching out for me too, eventually it loaded in the email address saved in my profile into the field, and there was a link below it where you could click to go to your account settings to change your email.

I had no problem with it.
