I've often thought of a fable game to redeem them taking place in between fable 1 and fable 2 explaining the tower and how things changed. I haven't played fable 3 so i dont know if it explains anything. keeping with the same ideas as swords, bows and magic. no guns. This thread got me thinking

I've heard a lot of people say something similar, about going back in time. I think it would be fun to go back; that's what a lot of people loved about Fable (Among it's cartoonish artstyle and humor). I would definitely enjoy it. I think the benefit to going forward in time, though, is Theresa in the Spire-- I think they have a major plot centered around her in the future. Which tower would you be referring to? The Spire? :)

yeah the spire. i havent played it a while but the tower that gets destroyed in the 2nd fable.

Ah. See, the Spire doesn't actually get destroyed in the second Fable; Lucien rebuilds it and Theresa claims it for herself. You may be remembering the cutscene where Theresa is explaining the destruction of the Old Kingdom. :)

yeah, i gave up a lot of interest in fable after 2, so i haven't thought about it much. Thanks for the correction.
