I love how as soon as someone kills policemen, the entire -blam!-ing country goes up in arms about it, but when some dude wacks regular civilians the police are just like "we'll get to it eventually".

well, considering he had published a manifesto of his complaints against LAPD, i'm not surprised it got this big. When's the last time an ex-cop went on a killing spree?
