Tried doing this my self, but I couldn't the Mask to work. I got the fourier transformations to work on the output images but I'm not sure I get the geomask section. Probably because I'm using elements.....-.-

I just use the geomask because I know everything in the black section is invalid data (guaranteed noise). And since we are trying to compare a black and white image I make the black section transparent instead.

I couldn't really get it to work either, but that's of little consequence now.
