That art is from a mock-up created by an advertising agency. The agency adapted other artwork from other games for mock-up purposes, not for final product. Because this was a leak, it was obviously never meant for actual publication. Just back-room meetings and such.
No big deal :-)

Thank you for the clear up :) I just saw this and thought I needed to share it with the forums to see if this was something or just a mocking design.
