the people who have the power to change this are, in fact, male.
blame them, not women. i see a bunch of dudes acting as if women could just step up to congress and mandate it. [i]ha.[/i]

Modern feminism, unfortunately, can have a large influence in western governments.

yeah, feminism's going to go ahead and make being put up for draft their priority while 1 in 4 women are/will be sexual-assault-that-begins-with-r [i]outside[/i] of the military they are going to want to increase that likelihood (thanks, military) even more ...no. dudes need to quit whining about women pushing for this or bringing it up as a point against feminism. they've have fought for practically every right they have now (and it's taken well more than a few years), they are not going to push to put themselves into a situation where they're even more likely to be taken advantage. get women some safety and equality (aka stability, security) in the peace-time civilian world (where most of us spend our time) and then men can start expecting women to push for draft eligibility.
