From the leaked document it stated that it will come out to xbox 360 this fall, then a year later on ps3. The sequels how ever will be on next gen consoles.

The leaked document also had a 2013 release date but the Acti CFF said that's a no-go. I wouldn't trust specific details of the contract anymore.
