That's what I was thinking... I know some of the tools that they have put into development have to do with creating environments, but to what extent? Are we talking create-your-own-planet epic, or throw some objects around for fun (as we did in Halo Forge)?

It's hard to say, but I definitely wouldn't rule anything out.

As pointed out in another thread, the tool they've been using has a help button in one of the corners, so it possibly indicates something much more intricate.
