Implying that only Americans do that. I've seen quite a few Brits and Canadians be just as overzealous and obnoxious as Americans. Know what the difference is? Population count. The US has alot more citizens than both Canada and the UK... combined. Which means there is going to be a larger number of overzealous a$$holes/trolls aswell as nice, intelligent people the on the internet from America than the other two. It's not that Americans are better/worse than Canadians or Brits, it's that there are more people in America to be nice/a$$holes.

Why care about it? There has been a mom here in the NICU walking around going on and on about how cute her baby is. She's even said that her baby is cuter than all the others. No one cares. We just nod, mhmm and walk away. Why do you get so butthurt when someone says something about their country? How does their saying that effect you at all?

Coupled with your (the US's) worldwide military presence and insistence on owning the moral high ground all the time doesn't exactly make you too fond in the eyes of the international community.

How is the fault of America that other countries allow American culture, media and industry into their fold? Guess it's easier to blame America than the foreign leaders who allow it to happen.

The answer to industry should be obvious. Although, how can you possibly "disallow" a culture or media presence? That's the obnoxiousness and zealousness that I'm talking about. You don't see anyone else in this thread, hell even this whole forum, boasting about their own country in anywhere near equal amounts as Americans.
