Driving is about getting from point A to point B. What type of transmission I have is irrelevant to anyone except me.

The type of car affects how well you travel from point A to point B. Logically given the numerous benefits of manual transmission, the only reason for an automatic is as training wheels.

Pretending that something is better just because it is older or more difficult is stupid. Are these actual, tangible benefits that we can see consistently, or just traditionalism?
