I have to give props to him being an actual boss that requires some sort of real strategy to beat. All the others are just normal mobs giving obscene amounts of health and attack power.

My biggest complaint about him is that he's very equipment specific. You need a good elemental resistance Evolution as well as a good corrosion resistance relic just to have a chance with those acid pools on TVHM.
