Satanism.
Discuss Satanism.
As a Satanist, I am disgusted when people make fun of our religion or say we're all insane or say we're a danger to society. We're people too. Just because we believe that Satan is the one true lord does not make us bad people.
Please, do not flame me for being a Satanist.
And I will not reply to anymore people saying they don't believe I'm a Satanist. I know what I am.

At least in my opinion, it is somewhat strange to worship the main "evil", if you will, figure of 4 extremely large religions. To each their own, I guess.

I own and have read the Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey. I have spoken with one of LaVey's understudies who came in to one of our Monday night cult meetings -- what members of the class (or maybe just me) called our late-light lectures (lol). Satanist don't believe Satan is the "one true lord". Lucifer, Belial, and Leviathan are also worshiped by satanists and are held in the same regard as Satan. From what I could gather speaking with members of the Church of Satan, it's really more of a prankster's paradise. People go there when they want to stick it to contemporary religions in the most obnoxious way possible -- by "worshiping" the enemy. Satanism isn't really about worshiping the devil as much as it's about worshiping oneself -- knowing that you are the all-powerful and that [i]YOU[/i] can do anything. Sometimes this requires asking the forces of nature / Satan / whoever else for help, but ultimately it is a self-empowering religion. Hell, the primary religious holiday in satanism is the satanists own birthday. Too many people seem to think satanists are those people who dress in all black, wear aye shadow, and scream curses at anyone who gets in their way... Every religion has it's crazies. I think the concept of Satan even existing is very nihilistic. So God created everything, and is omniscient, which means he knows everything and is clairvoyant. So if he created the world, and beings, and everything else, knowing that we would eventually sin, some people would not worship him, SATAN WOULD BETRAY HIM, be sent to his abyss known as hell, and then soon return one day to try to defeat him again (and God is God so the Devil's loss against him is inevitable), then why did he create everything knowing the outcome? There's no point at all what so ever
