If you want something near Bungie, pick one of the two bars right below it. On 65th street in Ravenna (just north of u-district) there's a place called Pies 'n Pints, right down from where I live. I don't drink and I've got midterms to deal with, but that's a good place. U-District in general is pretty fun, if you can deal with the college kids (they're not TOO bad. I say that as someone who's NOT a UW student). PoDog in Capitol Hill is also a good place. Wieners. Everywhere.
As for tattoos, I can't help you there. :P

You read wrong. I decided to go for a computer science degree at Bellevue College, then transfer to DigiPen. It's cheaper in the long run.
