If it wasn't for the ol' "Superman can throw him in a black hole" cop out, Hulk would have a lot more of a shot. If you limit the fight to earth, Hulk wins.

Superman's a more popular character than Hulk. He was always going to win in a crossover.

Well there's also just the plain fact that Superman's strength is default infinite and Hulk's strength is only potentially infinite. Superman's speed is worlds ahead of Hulk, he can fly, he has a multitude of secondary powers in his tool belt. But pictures are worth some amount of words.
