That's nothing. The patriotic folks at Fox News are pushing the idea that small companies can get their workers to incorporate themselves as individual corporations (usually LLCs) and then the "owner" or main business can sign individual contracts with each employee (who is now incorporated as an LLC) all in an effort to stay below the threshold for providing health care to their employees.

You're surprised? Did you think they would eat costs of theft? Of course not, there will be lost jobs, hours being cut and extra fees for consumers. The only ones that will be hurt are the poor and middle-class as little middle-class that is left.

In michigan employers are partly responsible for the aid in paying for obama care for full time employees, so to get around this employers are just cutting hours. meaning a lot of workers have less hours and no healthcare

Edited by Trollheim: 2/2/2013 6:19:31 AM(This is at least as far as I can tell, since I haven't followed obamacare so closely) Under obamacare everyone has healthcare, the only thing changing between people will be whether their employer covers it or whether the government covers it. If workers have less than 30 hours on average, then the government will step in and pay for it, assuming they only make an annual income less than some listed amount. So no, they won't have no health care. The middle and upper classes will have to shoulder higher taxes because corporations don't want to take the weight. Don't blame Obama, blame the corporations for having absolutely zero pride in America and supporting American workers. Not a completely unexpected move though, since corporations are scum.

Another idiot that thinks everything should be handed to him and doesn't understand this will only harm him because corporations won't eat the cost.
