I haven't done much research beyond opinions from medical professionals (which are remarkably bleak); do you have any succinct information about the Act, like an article that accurately analyzes the changes and costs?

I'd listen to the medical professionals. After all, they have the most experience with the healthcare system. And most of the medical professionals I know are not in favor of Obamacare.
