• His Executive Orders do not supersede the Constitution, nor does it take away your guns. Most of what was signed in are orders for various institutions to examine causes (Such as Video Games and Mental Health), along with pushing for more background checks. Second Amendment also says "Well Regulated" in the first few lines. Whether or not it is well regulated is up to both Congress and the President.

  • His executive orders don't even take away their guns. Stop listening to the NRA and Fox. Most, if not all of them, are reasonable and are more for the safety of citizens.

He has banned assault rifles and limited magazine sizes. I also forgot to mention his invasions.

  •
1. "Issue a presidential memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system." 2. "Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system." 3. "Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system." 4. "Direct the attorney general to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks." 5. "Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun." 6. "Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers." 7. "Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign." 8. "Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission)." 9. "Issue a presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations." 10. "Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement." 11. "Nominate an ATF director." 12. "Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations." 13. "Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime." 14. "Issue a presidential memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence." 15. "Direct the attorney general to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies." 16. "Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes." 17. "Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities." 18. "Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers." 19. "Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education." 20. "Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover." 21. "Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges." 22. "Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations." 23. "Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health."
That's the full list of his Executive Orders. (Source) Now, go ahead, read it. Where does it say "Ban Assault Weapons and High Capacity Magazines." Give you a minute to reread. Because it's not in there. And what are you going on about with invasions? If you're talking about Afghan, you can thank the lovely Bush for that one.

He has reduced magazine sizes to ten rounds and reinstated the assault rifle ban that ended in 2004, how are you not aware about this?

  • Do you have any sources to back up your claim? Because at the moment, you are spouting nonsense that makes zero sense.

Forcing me to pay for a product is unconsitutional, I don't care who says otherwise.

  • Then you are an idiot. The Supreme Court is the body that decides what IS and ISN'T Constitutional. They found the law in accordance to the Constitution, get over it. Besides, I don't want to end up paying because you were an idiot who doesn't have Health Care. They make you pay for Car Insurance, now you have to for Health Care.

You are the idiot for believing the supreme court can't make a mistake. Remember when they once ruled income tax unconsittutional? Yet, we have one again. Again, forcing me to pay for a product is not only unconstitutional, it is slavery. The last part of your post is completely idiotic, now you DO have to pay for my healthcare, and everyone else's.

Were you dropped on your head as a child? You already are MANDATED to buy Car Insurance, Heath Care purchases are no different. Actually, by having this Health Care system, I pay less, because I am not paying for idiots who decide they don't want Health Care - they are.

I can avoid paying for car insurance by not owning a vehicle. And yes, forcing me to do something against my will is slavery. Slaves were paid with crops and a place to sleep, that doesn't mean they weren't slaves. Paying less? Nope, but even if you were you'd still be paying for other people's healthcare which is unconstitutional. I can clearly see you're an idiot and I'm not going to waste anymore of my time on you.

And Bush had the Patriot Act. And Clinton had DADT and DOMA. Every single administration has had that one controversial bill. This also passed with strong support in BOTH the House And Senate, even when the House was GOP controlled.

I hated the PATRIOT Act just as much, that's not really relevant, though.

  • Really? You're out of arguments so you resort to calling me a moron? Nice. It is important because every administration, as I said, has controversial bills that are contested. Bush was the Patriot Act, Clinton DOMA (Soon to be gone). You seem to overlook that, however, in your blatant anger with Obama, who had done nothing wrong.

I have just as much anger with George, or any tyrant. You now admit defeat by being irrelevant. We're done here.

  • That had to be passed by Congress. Again, Obama doesn't make the law, he enforces it. This is civics 101 stuff.
