i find it really funny part of the "reform" is enforcing what already exists. other then how stupid that in itself is, the "That outline also called for strengthening border controls, improved monitoring of visitors and cracking down on hiring undocumented workers." sounds good.

It also amazes me immigration reform was something that was promised within the first part of his term and everyone just forgets about it. Something like this should have happened a long time ago.
